Testing Services: Credit-by-Examination CLEP

Did you know? Armstrong State University will grant up to one-fourth of the credit required in a college degree for satisfactory completion of selected examinations and/or accredited college-level independent study (correspondence) courses?

Examinations currently recognized for college-level credit at Armstrong are in the following testing programs: College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) and Independent and Distance Learning Exams.

There is a $25 service fee required for all proctored examinations. This fee is due in advance of test date to secure the appointment. Registration is required through the College Board site, http://clep.collegeboard.org prior to scheduling an appointment with Testing Services. Proctor fee payments are accepted in the form of cash, credit card, and money order.
