Career Services: Choose a Major/Career

Choose from among our many assessments to ensure that you are on the right track. Most students change their majors at least once and most people change their career fields between six or seven times during their lifetime.

Career Counseling

Armstrong students may receive counseling on selecting and planning a major or career and exploring personality and interests. Call 912.344.2563 for an appointment

Self-Assessments

You may make an appointment to take the Self Directed Search or the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to assist with your career exploration. These instruments are designed to help people increase their awareness of their general interests and personality type and to alert them of possible activities and work that match those interests.

GCIS

The Georgia Career Information System assists users with career exploration, job search assistance and provides accurate up-to-date occupation-specific information. Contact Career Services for a password. GCIS Login
