Planning for and paying your bills on time is extremely important to ensure you are able to attend your classes. Your student account lists all charges and payments made. It can show estimated credits for Financial Aid, Nelnet Prepayment Plans, and Third Party Payments until they disburse to your student account.
Finding out how much I owe
Click on the Pay Online link of the website, directing you to the Touchnet Bill Pay System. When you register, this system serves as your billing statement. All charges are due upon registration. Please review our Academic Calendar for deadline dates. Classes may be canceled for non-payment if not satisfied by this date.
Our office sends out monthly statements of your student account on the 22nd of each month. Statements are time sensitive and can be found only in the Touchnet Bill Pay System.
Authorized credit for Nelnet Prepayment Plans and Third Party Payments, with authorization forms on file, will appear in your detailed memo balance. Once these external organizations are invoiced and payment is collected on your behalf, memo credit will be disbursed to your account as a payment. Please refer to your bill authorization or signed agreement for disbursement dates.
Balances after the payment deadline
An Accounts Receivable Hold will be put on your account and your account may be subject to collection action if the bill has been outstanding. There may be additional penalties assessed to outstanding balances referred to a collection agency.
Charges to account after the payment deadline
If you receive a charge on your student account after payment deadline, you must at that time pay your additional charge immediately. This could happen if you complete a room change, get a parking ticket, or add a class for minimester. Please keep changes to your aid package updated with the changes you make to your student account. If charges are not satisfied after 90 days, you may be referred to collections.
