Bursar: Paying at the Liberty Campus

Paying at the Liberty Center

Making payments for your cost of attendance has never been easier. The Liberty Center campus is now equipped to accept online payments for all of your student needs.

Admissions

Tuition Payment

As always, tuition, fees, and housing can be paid through the Touchnet Bill Pay System.

To Make an Online Payment via Touchnet

Log In Help

You can assess your Touchnet account directly by logging into your PORT of Armstrong. Under the Student Services section, Touchnet is the second link (right under SHIP). Your Port of Armstrong ID is NOT the same login credentials as your Touchnet login username and password. Your Touchnet username is your nine digit 907 number. Your PIN is your six digit birthday (ex 080888), until you reset your PIN. There are no commas, dashes, or spaces between the numbers.   If this link does not work, you may need to reset your PIN. The Bursar's office cannot reset PINs. You will need to contact the Registrar's Office at 912-478-5152 to reset your PIN to your six digit birthday. Depending on this volume it may be sooner, but please expect about a 24 hour turn around time.

Students have access to Touchnet up to two years after they were registered for courses. Students can log back into the system to access outstanding balances and obtain their 1098-T tax statements. If you have stopped attending courses prior to two years and need to access Touchnet, please contact our office for alternative options to obtaining the information that you need. Resetting your PIN will not gain you access to the system.

Graduation Application Fee

The Office of the Registrar is accepting Graduation Application forms for upcoming graduates. You may now turn in your graduation application, and supporting documentation if needed, to the Liberty Center representative. Once the application is processed, they will post Graduation Fee charge onto your student account. If you have authorized financial aid through your SHIP portal, your aid may be used to cover this fee. If your third party organization chooses to cover this cost, it may be included on your invoice. Your payment is due prior to graduation or transcripts and diplomas may be withheld until payment is received. You can pay your graduation fee on your Touchnet account as well.
