Paying at the Liberty Center

The Liberty Center campus is equipped with online payments for all of your student needs. Making payments for your cost of attendance has never been easier.

New Student Enrollment Fee

New Students for Fall 2017 can pay the New Student Enrollment Fee in Touchnet, under the Deposit tab. Log into Touchnet Bill & Payment system with your student ID number (907 Number) and PIN (6 digit birthday until you reset it). Once in Touchnet, go to the Deposit tab, select the term you are starting Armstrong, enter your classification (Liberty Center), and then your payment information. 24 Hours later you will be able log into your PORT and register for your Navigate Orientation Session.

Log In Help

If you're having trouble logging in to Touchnet, it may be because your PIN is expired or you've entered it incorrectly too many times. Since the Port password and user ID are not the same as the Touchnet password and user ID, you'll need to reset your PIN, even if you can still log into the Port just fine. You'll have to contact the Office of the Registrar at 912.344.2576 to reset your PIN.

Students have access to Touchnet up to two years after they were registered for courses. Students can log back into the system to access outstanding balances and obtain their 1098-T tax statements. If you have stopped attending courses prior to two years and need to access Touchnet, please contact our office for alternative options to obtaining the information that you need. Resetting your PIN will not gain you access to the system.

Graduation Application Fee

The Office of the Registrar is accepting Graduation Application forms for upcoming graduates. The process has changes so now you give all documents to the representative at the Liberty Center and when your application is complete, they will post your Graduation Fee charge on your student account. If you have authorized financial aid, your aid may be used to cover this fee. If your third party organization wants to cover this cost, it may be included on your invoice. Your payment is due prior to graduation or transcripts and diplomas may be withheld until payment is received. This charge is found on your student account in Touchnet.
