Master of Education in Reading Specialist Education

Format: Online

Literacy skills are an important part of communication and learning. Our Reading Specialist program, alligned with the Standards for Reading Professionals and Standards for Literacy Coaches, will help you become prepared to assume leadership roles that improve literacy skills of students from pre-kindergarten through the 12th grade and beyond. By earning this Master of Education degree, you will become a major part of preventing dropouts and addressing learning difficulties in reading and writing. Following program completion, you will be able to add an endorsement for reading to your teaching certificate.
