Office of the President

Welcome to Armstrong State University! With thriving campuses in Savannah, Georgia and Hinesville, Georgia, Armstrong proudly educates the next generation of leaders in a wide range of fields, from health professions and business economics to education and cybersecurity. I am deeply honored to lead a talented, dedicated team of faculty and staff who share a common commitment to supporting student success.

Originally founded in 1935, Armstrong is focused on core values of scholarship, leadership and stewardship while cultivating strong ties to the community. We offer more than 100 degree programs to prepare students for future careers as well as thoughtful lives defined by civic engagement.

As we prepare to consolidate with Georgia Southern University in 2018, we are delighted to offer our students more resources, more opportunities and more options than ever before. The consolidation will help meet the growing regional demand for a college-educated workforce and will allow our graduates to reach even higher levels of success.

Thank you for your interest in Armstrong. I hope to see you on campus in the future.
