Please note that the Armstrong campus will continue to run a separate payroll from the Statesboro campus until July 2018. At the end of fiscal year 2018, the two payrolls will be consolidated in OneUSG Connect.
Payroll Services is committed to paying university employees on-time and accurately; to providing university employees with excellence in customer service and to supporting university efforts to achieve its mission. Payroll Services partners with the USG Shared Services Center to efficiently serve our employees.
OneUSG Connect will replace ADP starting on December 17, 2017. Employees will use the system to report time worked and submit absence requests. In addition, employees can access, review and update personal information including direct deposit, pay stubs and benefits.
OneUSG Connect is an application intended to help our University manage and maintain its workforce. The major components of OneUSG Connect – payroll services, talent management (Summer 2018), human resources management, time and attendance, and benefits administration – are unified and integrated into a single system.
