Register for Employee Self Service

Please note: You will need a valid email address in order to register for ADP Employee Self Service. Also remember and/or write down your secret questions and how you answer them because these are case and space-sensitive!

If you have any trouble registering for ADP, please contact the USG Shared Services Center at 1.855.214.2644.

Step 2: Add eTime

All employees: faculty, student workers, time clock users, and casual labor employees will add eTime. Graduate Assistants and "one-time-pay" employees do not need to add eTime.

Click on the link below for instructions on how to add eTime. You will need your new ADP ID number that was sent to you. If you cannot locate your number, someone in our office will be happy to assist you.
