Radiologic Sciences: Cardiovascular Interventional Science Program

This program will prepare individuals for careers in cardiac catheterization departments, electrophysiology laboratories, and angiography departments. This track is designed to prepare the Cardiovascular Interventional Specialist to assist in invasive cardiovascular settings. This specialist will also be educated to participate in patient and family education, as well as diagnostic and therapeutic procedures that affect the cardiovascular system. This track is unique in that there are less than ten baccalaureate degree programs like this in the country.

Number of clinical sites: 12 including sites in Georgia, South Carolina and Virginia.
