Fax Number and 800 Number Information

The new fax numbers will be available to begin using on April 21. Both the new and old fax numbers will be functioning until equipment adjustments are made to resolve the communication with the fax machines and the VoIP system. CIS will notify you when the old fax numbers will no longer work.

If you have an 800 number that is forwarded to your current departmental number you will need to contact the provider to have it forwarded to the new telephone number after the conversion is completed.

As CIS is planning, we ask each department to begin thinking about all the areas in your department where this information will need to be updated.
