University to Celebrate Day of the Dead on November 3

(October 23, 2014) — Armstrong State University’s Office of Multicultural Affairs and the CAMINO, HOLA and HORA programs will host a “Día de los Muertos” or Day of the Dead Celebration in honor of the traditional Mexican holiday dedicated to honoring loved ones who have passed away.

University to Host Lecture by Author of Scratch Beginnings on November 5

(October 21, 2014) — Armstrong State University will host a lecture by Adam Shepard, author of Scratch Beginnings: Me, $25 and the Search for the American Dream, on Wednesday, November 5 at noon at the Fine Arts Auditorium. This event is free and open to the public.

U.S. Air Force Concert Band to Perform Live on Oct. 22

(October 13, 2014) — The live concert, featuring The U.S. Air Force Concert Band and Singing Sergeants, begins at 7:30 p.m. Admission is free but tickets required.
