Groups and Organizations Reporting Form

This form should be used by Armstrong groups and organizations who complete volunteer work within the Savannah Community.  Groups can include, but are not limited to academic departments, academic programs, student organizations, residential communities, etc. If your group or organization volunteers at an organization regularly, please complete the form each time you volunteer.
