All meetings are open to students and faculty members.

Planning Meetings

Planning Meetings will be held on Tuesdays in the Skidaway Meeting Room located in the Student Union at 12:00 p.m.


Funding Meetings

Funding Request meetings will be held on Tuesdays in the Skidaway Meeting Room in the Student Union at 12:00 p.m. It is advised that students submit requests as early as possible.


Other Events


To the graduating students and hooding professors:

Please arrive at the Armstrong Center at 5PM. The ceremony will start promptly at 6PM. This hour is needed to check in, take photos, line up, and discuss logistical information.

Please remember bring your cap, gown, and hood to the ceremony.

Please refrain from bringing purses or large bags with you. If you absolutely need a bag or purse, please leave it with your family members or in the trunk of your car. GSCC will not have a place to store personal items and are not responsible for such items.

Please ensure your guests have tickets for the ceremony. All guests must have a ticket to enter the ballroom. If you have not picked up your tickets, they can be picked up at the Student Check in table by the student or guest. The individual picking up the tickets will simply need to use the graduating student's name.

To visiting guests:

Please have guests arrive no later than 5:30pm. The processional will begin at 6:00PM and all guests must be seated.
