About this event:
"In Celebration of our Independence”, the Savannah Winds, community wind symphony in residence at Armstrong, concludes its 2013-2014 subscription season by honoring America, her service men and women, and veterans of the United States armed forces with its highly popular Annual Patriotic Concert.

Underscoring brilliant marches of America's iconic "March king" John Philip Sousa, the uplifting music of legendary composer Irving Berlin and the "blessing of America" to the tune of country-western songwriter Lee Greenwood, this exciting concert features senior military officer narration and Chatham County Veteran of the Year honors as well as a surprise guest appearance by one of America’s celebrity personas.
