Learning Communities

For Fall of 2013, we will be implementing learning Communities in the form of a Required Freshmen Seminar linked to a Core class.  This is part of a University wide program called the QEP.

STEP students are encouraged to register for a core connected class and QEP seminar in a topic related to your major as scientific infomation literacy will help you in the future as a scientist or mathematician  (i.e. a class in the College of Sciecne and Technology).

The FYSS Courses for STEM majors are linked to Psychology 1101, Biology 1107, Chemistry 1211.  If you don't get a STEM one, its ok, you can take one in any major you want!
