Dr, Mirari Elcoro, Armstrong students Rhiannon Pegan, Scot Kelly, and Joshua Lightfoot, and colleagues Dr. Tina Thompson (Mercer School of Medicine) and Dr. Carlos Aparicio (Savannah State University) presented a study entitled  "6-hydroxydopamine lesions of the medial prefrontal cortex of rats influence behavioral inhibition" at the Southeastern Association for Behavior Analysis meeting, October 28, 2011, in Charlotte, NC.
