Dr. Will Lynch (chemistry) has been appointed to the ACS Committee on Meetings and Expositions.
Dr. Will Lynch, Professor of Chemistry, has been appointed to the American Chemical Society (ACS) Committee on Meetings and Expositions for the 2012-2013 cycle.  The committee advises the Society on arrangements, format and finances of the ACS international, national and regional meetings.  ACS national meetings occur twice per year and generally attract between twelve and seventeen thousand chemists and practitioners. The committee also has oversight over the annual meetings of the 10 regions of the ACS.  The ACS is the largest scientific organization in the world with over 160,000 members.
