Dr. Secrest publishes a paper in The Astrophysical Journal
Dr. Jeffery Secrest, Assistant Professor of Physics, has published a paper in the February 2011 issue of The Astrophysical Journal. The article titled “Low-Multiplicity Burst Search at the Sudbury Neutrino Observatory” is in volume 728, issue 83. The article is with the SNO collaboration and describes the search for low-multiplicity neutrino bursts at the Sudbury Neutrino Observatory (SNO). The data were accumulated in NaCl was added to heavy water inside the SNO detector.
