SECAF - High School Southeastern Choral Arts Festival
The 2012 Southeastern Choral Arts Festival is scheduled for September 23-24, in beautiful Savannah, Georgia on the campus of Armstrong Atlantic State University. During this two day festival, high school students will have the opportunity to participate in the Choral Arts Festival Choir alongside the singers from the University's Choral Program, to audition for scholarship awards to study with a member of the Armstrong voice faculty, and to hear outstanding choral music performed by the Armstrong choirs...all in historic Savannah.
To highlight the 2012 Festival, Armstrong's University Chorale will perform an opening concert Sunday evening. Join the Chorale and dynamic SECAF young artists for this and many other inspiring musical moments during the uplifting weekend.
Registration fee is only $15.00 per student. Bring your most advanced students, and bring as many as you wish. You can bring your whole choir, a balanced SATB quartet, or anything in between. But don't miss out on this wonderful opportunity for your choral students. Look for more detailed information about our annual Southeastern Choral Arts (SECAF) Festival to be posted later in the year. The festival is held annually in September on the Armstrong Campus.
