About this event:

Anticipating the joyous and fast-paced spirit of the coming holiday season, the Winds open the 2011-2012 with its Season Premiere concert performance, a relaxing and richly luxurious musical getaway from the impending stresses of holiday shopping. Join us for the festivities.

Selections will include Alfred Reed’s Russian Christmas Music, Hector Berlioz’s Beatrice and Benedict Overture, Walter Piston’s Tunbridge Fair Intermezzo, and the March king John Philip Sousa’s Fairest of the Fair March.
