The lab offers free tutoring and other study resouces to help students in the study of foreign languages.

Writing Center
Consultants are available to all students to help develop reading and writing skills.

Purdue OWL
This online writing lab offers a variety of resources for research and writing and helpful tutorials on grammar and mechanics.


Clubs & Organizations


French Club

The French Club promotes interest in French culture, history, and language. The club hosts and organizes the Annual Francophone Film Festival each year in February. Fall semester the club meets once a month for movie night and popcorn. All Armstrong students are invited.

Philosophical Debate Group
The Philosophical Debate Group meets during fall and spring semesters to discuss and debate philosophical theories and other issues and questions posed both by students and faculty. Everyone is welcome to participate as well as to listen.

Sigma Tau Delta, International English Honorary Society
Sigma Tau Delta recognizes students who excel in the study of the English language and literature in undergraduate, graduate, and professional studies.

National Hispanic Honor Society

Sociedad Nacional Honoraria Hispánica
The Mu Chapter of Sigma Delta Pi, the National Collegiate Hispanic Honor Society, is a nonprofit organization for students and teachers of the Spanish language.
