The Armstrong Fine Arts Gallery is now accepting submissions for its 2012 Armstrong 2012 Alumni Invitational Art Exhibition, Alumni Homecoming.

We are looking forward to continuing our alumni juried exhibition that features art and art education graduates, and we look forward to our alumni returning to campus. We invite you to participate in the 2012 exhibition, October 8-19, in our newly renovated Fine Arts Gallery, enjoy the opportunity to share your artistic creations with our faculty, with other alumni, and wit the arts supporters throughout our community.

Online Submission

Artists should submit work for possible acceptance into the 2012 exhibition by the September submission deadline listed below.

You may submit up to six images of artwork for review. Please not image size and labeling are very important. Image files must be JPEG only, no larger than 1000 pixels in height or width, and at a resolution of 72 pixels per inch.

Please label image files LastNameFirstName_Image#_ArtworkTitle.jpg
Example: “SmithPat_3_ManByLake.jpg”

Exhibit / Submission Timeline

Submission Deadline: September 18, 2012
Acceptance Notification: September 21, 2012
Artwork Delivery: October 1-3*
Exhibition: October 8-19, 2012
Reception Friday, October 19 at 5:30 p.m.
Artwork Pickup: October 19 at 7 p.m.; October 22 at 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

* Accepted work should be delivered by hand during the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. on October 1st through 3rd. We will ship work back to you at no cost providing the work was delivered to Armstrong in proper packaging.
