Armstrong AMT presents its second annual National Two-Dimensional Competition Art Exhibition in January 2013.

Armstrong Art faculty member and exhibit director Pang-Chieh Hsu developed the event as an important step towards increased national recognition for Armstrong's quality art program. "Our long-term goal is to have the show become a well-recognized, “must attend” exhibition among artists and art-lovers throughout United States."

Hsu also explained the impact a show of this prominence will have on Armstrong students: "The exhibition experience is designed to help our art students understand current trends in contemporary art from a variety of individual conceptual perspectives."


Gallery reception:
Join AMT in celebrating the artists in our first national exhibition by attending a gallery reception at 5:30 p.m., Friday, January 25th.
