How it Works

When you experience exceptional service from an Armstrong faculty or staff member, you can nominate them to become a member of the A Team. Just submit your nomination online or drop a nomination card in the designated boxes located throughout campus.
 
Human Resources will inform nominees and present a letter of recognition. First-time nominees will receive an "A" team member pin. All nominees will be listed on a special A team website, as well as in @Armstrong.
 
Those who receive multiple nominations will be awarded A+ recognition along with an "A+" team member pin. And, at the end of the year, staff members with the most nominations become members of the A+ Team Elite, setting the standard of service for our entire campus. These elite members will receive special recognition and be invited to have lunch with the President.
