Certification

Upon graduation from Armstrong Atlantic State University, Radiography, Radiation Therapy, and Nuclear Medicine students will be eligible to sit for the national certification examination of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Nuclear medicine students are also eligible to sit for the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB). Sonography students will be candidates for the national certification examination of the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS). Cardiovascular Interventional Sciences students will take the Registered Cardiovascular Interventional Specialist Examination administered by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
