Our DepartmentPost-Masters Certificate Programs
The Armstrong Atlantic State University Graduate Program in Nursing offers post-master's certificate programs for students with previously earned Master of Science in Nursing degrees. A post-master's certificate may be earned for preparation as an Adult-Gerontological Clinical Nurse Specialist, Nursing Administration, and Adult-Gerontological Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.
Admission Standards
- Students with previously earned Master of Science in Nursing degrees may apply for admission to earn a post-master's certificate. A program of study must be submitted to the dean of graduate studies.
- A student must be admitted to Graduate Studies on a degree or limited admission. Standards of Progression and Completion:
- Each student will file a program of study with Graduate Studies
- A minimum overall grade point average of B or better must be earned for the certificate to be awarded on the graduate level.
