3 Days for Armstrong

3 Days for Armstrong is an annual campaign reaching out to the local business community asking for contributions to help support student scholarships at Armstrong Atlantic State University. Scholarship support makes a critical difference to deserving students who may not otherwise fulfill their dreams of earning a college degree. Both traditional and non-traditional students benefit from the lessened financial burden. The ability to offer attractive scholarships provides an investment in our students' futures as they prepare to become leaders not just in our immediate region, but throughout our world.

Ray Gaster along with Danny Pinyan are the Co-Chairs of 3 Days for Armstrong.  Gaster is a local business owner and knows the value of supporting higher education
in the city where he lives.  He is also an alumnus of Armstrong, Class of 1972, a 2010 Notable Alum, and a Trustee of the Armstrong Educational Properties Foundation, Inc.
 
Danny Pinyan, another local business owner, also has a passion for higher education and believes in Armstrong’s mission and values.  Mr. Pinyan is a Trustee on the  Armstrong Foundation Board.
