Junior Achievement (JA) is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that partners businesses and civic organizations with area schools; volunteers from these companies go directly into the classroom to teach students, in grades K-12, courses aimed at personal financial responsibility, workforce readiness, ethics, and entrepreneurship. This academic year JA will reach over 12,500 students in our area. A short listing of our corporate partners include such companies as Gulfstream, AT&T, Georgia Power, Bank of America, Georgia Pacific, SunTrust, The Rotary Club of Savannah, and dozens of others.
