Overview
The Special Education Transition Specialist Endorsement is designed for individuals already holding or eligible for a clear, renewable T-4 or higher certificate in special education.
Teachers may be eligible to qualify for financial aid because this endorsement is a stackable program that begins the Master of Education in Special Education program. In an earlier offering, participants could not qualify for financial aid because the endorsement was a stand-alone program that did not lead to a degree. Because it is now part of a degree program – although participants do not have to continue past the first four courses (which comprise the Special Education Transition Specialist Endorsement program) – financial aid may be available.
Format: Online
This online program starts only once each year in the fall semester.
