Application for admission to the Master of Education in Adult Education and Community Leadership program requires that all documents be submitted in one packet to the Department of Adolescent and Adult Education.

Complete Graduate Admissions application (paper application only [
, 1.12 MB]) - Non-refundable application fee of $30 – cash, check or money order (If paying by credit card, pay at the Business Office.

Two (2) official transcripts [
, 25.46 KB] from all schools -- undergraduate and graduate -- where degrees were earned or work was done (Official transcripts must be in a sealed envelope from the institution.) -
Certification of immunization [

Evidence of lawful presence [

- Letter of Intent by the applicant (using the required format in the application)
- Two (2) Letters of Recommendation (One from a current or former supervisor; the second from a professional colleague)
- Professional Portfolio – include resume and at least five and no more than 25 artifacts (photocopies of awards, projects, community service, leadership experience, professional certifications, etc.) that indicate evidence of ability for success in the program
- Signed Honor Code & Student Code of Conduct and Plagiarism Tutorial form
- Signed Program of Study
