How do I register for the test?
All registration must be completed through the testing website. Once you have completed the online registration, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email confirmation in your inbox, check your unsolicited bulk email, also known as "spam."Payment Deadline
Friday, July 13, 2012 by 4:30 p.m. in the Bursar's OfficeAn additional $20 late fee will be assessed for payments made after test payment deadline.
Regular Test Dates (All test sessions will be in Solms Hall Room 104)
Tuesday, July 17, 2012, 5 p.m.
Wednesday, July 18, 2012, 8 a.m.
The test fee is $20.00. This fee should be paid IMMEDIATELY to the Bursar's Office. Payment must be received at the Bursar's Office by the registration deadline.
What should I bring to the test?
Picture I.D. is required to be admitted to the test session. Failure to show proper I.D. will result in non-admittance. A four function, non-graphing calculator is allowed for testing. Graphing calculators may not be used during testing. Several number two pencils and pens may be used to complete questions and computations. Drinks and food are not allowed.Who should take this test?
-Students that have earned a Bachelor's degree or higher are exempt from taking the exam.
-If you have earned an Associate's degree, you must take the exam.
-If you are earning an Associate's degree, you must take the exam.
-If you earning a Bachelor's degree, you must take the exam.
-If you have already taken this exam, please disregard this information.
Having Trouble signing-up?
If you are experiencing problems signing-up for the MAPP Test, it could mean one of two things:
1). You registered for the MAPP test in a previous semester. If you have registered for this test and did not show up for a previous test session, please contact the Office of Testing Services at 912-344-2582. Students are only allowed to sign-up for a test only once.
2). You may have entered an incorrect 907 number. Please double check your entry and try again. If you still experience problems, contact the Office of Testing Services at 912-344-2582.
Confirmation Email
Once you have registered for the MAPP test, be sure to check your Armstrong student email for the confirmation email page. If you find that you did not receive the email please contact the Office of Testing so a new confirmation page can be issued. A confirmation email page is needed in order to make payment in the Bursars' Office by the listed deadlines.
Rescheduling/Test date change
Students will not be able to reschedule or change their test date. You may come as a "stand-by" for any scheduled test date and time. If there are available seats, you will be admitted. Students are only guaranteed for the test session in which they are signed up.
Test Takers with Disabilities
If you have a disability, contact the Office of Disability Services, in order to take the test with accommodations that meet your needs.
