Proctor Agreement Form pdf

This form is designed for Armstrong student's to seek approval to take an examination at a remote location.  Such exams may include: MAPP Exam (Graduation Exam),  Compass Exams and those courses offered through On-Line Learning.

Credit-by-Examination CLEP 
CLEP is a program which allows students to take tests in any given subject with the intention of testing out of certain classes through examination.

Distance Learning Courses
Allows students to complete some of their credit requirements by studying independently and being assessed remotely. Study opportunities are free of time and place constraints that are typical of most other forms of instruction.

GACE -  Georgia Assessments for the Certification of Educators

Georgia Government Exam
Armstrong State University requires the Georgia Government Exam for students who seek to satisfy the degree requirement for U.S. and Georgia government.

TEAS V for Allied Health Professionals (TEAS-AH)
The TEAS for Allied Health Professionals (TEAS-AH) provides an objective measure of critical reading ability and basic mathematics skills necessary to succeed in the radiologic sciences program.

Major Field Test (MFT)
The MFT is an objective test designed to assess the mastery of concepts, principles and knowledge expected of students at the conclusion of a major in specific subject areas.

Measure of Academic Proficiency and Progress (MAPP)
The MAPP is a test of academic knowledge and skills acquired through undergraduate general education courses. The test is a graduation requirement and is used to assess university goals described in the Armstrong catalog as general education outcomes.

You must meet this graduation requirement. Please register early!! 

You are only allowed to register once for the MAPP Exam. If you are not able to make your registered day and time, you are allowed to attend another session on "STAND-BY" status. For more information, please click on the above link.

SAT On-Campus (SAT) 
The SAT On-Campus is administered each academic term. The test is for students seeking admission to Armstrong State University only.

Professional Certification Test
The Certified Health Education Specialist Examination which is required for completion of a specified program area.

Miller Analogies Test (MAT)
The Miller Analogies Test (MAT) is a standardized test used primarily for graduate school admissions. Click on the link above to visit the Miller Analogy Test website for more information.
The MAT is given by appointment Monday through Friday.  

TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills)

The TEAS Test is an admission requirement for admission into the College of Nursing.
