Exercise at Your Desk
To watch the recorded sessions, follow the steps below:
- Click on the session link that you would like to watch.
Depending upon your browser, you may need to type in your name in the Participant Login box – you do not need worry about the Username or Password. Some browsers will automatically pull up the archived session.
Recommendation: If you see an option for Run the Setup Wizard, it is best to run the Wizard to ensure you system is configured correctly.
- Click on Archive Start on the top right of your screen to start the archive. Some browsers will pull up the presentation automatically. You can move ahead or back in watching the session by clicking on the Time Markers on the right side of the screen.
- When you are done with the session, you can simply click the red X on the very top left of the Wimba screen to close out.
