University Police

The Armstrong Atlantic State University Police Department is a statutorily authorized full-service police department. The sworn officers are state certified police officers who are charged with the responsibility to provide a wide range of services to the University Community. In addition to the expected campus patrols, the officers provide first aid, parking and visitor regulation, self defense classes for women, escorts, housing liaison, and many other services for the faculty, staff and students of Armstrong Atlantic State University.

The University Police Department is proud to welcome Officer Meagan Zike as our newest member. Officer Zike graduated from the Southeastern Regional Police Academy at Armstrong in 2007 and has worked in several other local law enforcement agencies. Officer Zike is a graduate of Armstrong Atlantic State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. She is a welcomed asset to the department and the University.
