Below are the 2012-2013 rates for the Student Health Insurance Program. Rates are set by the University System of Georgia.
26 & Under

| Spouse Only | $3,299 | $1,419 | $1,880 |

Summer Only Rate (26 & Under): $235
If you select more than one category, you must add those premiums together for the total cost (i.e. Student Only Spring $628 + Spouse Only Spring $1880 = $2,508).
27 & Over
