| October 10 @ 7:30am: | Dining Services opens |

| November 20, 2012 @ 5pm: | Windward Commons Desk closes for Thanksgiving Break |
| November 25, 2012 @ 8am: | Windward Commons Desk opens |
| November 20 @ 7pm: | Dining Services closes |
| November 16 @ 7:30am: | Dining Services opens. |
| All apartments remain open. | |

| December 13, 2012 @ 9am: | All Housing Facilities close (Apartments and Windward Commons) |
| January 4, 2013 @ 9am: | All Housing Facilities open (Apartments and Windward Commons) |
| December 12, 2012 @ 2pm: | Dining Services closes |
| All students must vacate the residence halls; however, if they are returning to the same assignment, students are able to keep belongings in their room. | |

| May 9, 2013 @ 5pm: | All Housing Facilities close (Apartments and Windward Commons) |
| All students must remove all belongings from and check-out of the residence halls and apartments, including students who are enrolled in summer courses |
