Dr. Irving Victor

Dr. Victor, a retired physician, is past president of St. Joseph's/Candler Hospital. A Savannah High School graduate, he earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. After serving in the U.S. Navy from 1946-48, he ran a practice in urology from 1951-1992. He serves on the Armstrong Alumni Association Board. Victor Hall, on campus, is named in honor of Terry S. Victor.
