Dr. Emma Simon

Professor of Chemistry Class of 1972, 1975 Professor of Health Sciences Emerita

Dr. Simon retired from Armstrong in 2002 after a 28-year career as an educator and administrator. She was the first female dean at Armstrong and the first dean of the School of Graduate Studies. She received the Leadership Award from the Georgia Society of Allied Health Professions, the Outstanding Service Award to College and Community from Armstrong, and the Outstanding Alumni Award from the Armstrong Alumni Association.
