McCurry is a past member of the Armstrong Foundation Board of Trustees and the Educational Properties Foundation, Inc. Together with his wife Kathy, he established the Nick Mamalakis Emerging Leaders Program. McCurry remains engaged with Armstrong as a donor and regional advocate.
