Frank Barragan, Jr.

Dr. Barragan served as the Armstrong Junior College Class President in 1937 and 1938, before joining the war effort with the Eighth Air Force from 1943-1945. He is the recipient of a 2009 Honorary Doctor of Letters Degree from Armstrong and serves as a trustee for Methodist University.
