* Sankofa: African American Museum on Wheels

Angela W. Jennings is the curator of her own museum entitled Sankofa: African American Museum on Wheels.  The Sankofa: African American Museum on Wheels provides a detailed display of artifacts commencing with the Middle Passage (slavery) to the era of King Cotton, to the days of Emancipation.  Additionally her exhibits informs her audiences of the contributions to society by African American evident in the plethora of their inventions.

Carlton Wade has written for XXL, the Source, and many of the national Hip Hop magazines.  He has taken that work and chronicled the South's contribution toward the culture of hip hop.  He will inform us of the south's contribution through lecture and also provide vignette of his new documentary scheduled out later this year.
