Goals

• Focus on recruitment, retention and graduation rates of all ethnic minority students
• Collaborate with other student services components on campus to provide support to under-represented populations on campus
• Provide personal/academic counseling with referrals for psychological counseling treatment
• Serve as a resource for all issues related to diversity
• Work in conjunction with student organizations to provide programming efforts specific to under-represented populations
• Work closely with Hispanic Outreach and Leadership at Armstrong Atlantic and the Office of International Education
