We provide direct service and specialized consultation to the administration, management, faculty and staff of Armstrong Atlantic State University. Being well-versed in federal and state laws, policies, and procedures, we support the university through diverse recruitment and staffing, regulatory compliance, labor and employee relations, classification and compensation, benefits, professional development, and quality improvement.
As a strategic partner with Armstrong’s leadership, the Human Resources Department will develop and deliver innovative human resource programs and services designed to support the mission of the University.
