Upper-Classmen Student Housing

Housing and Residence Life provides on-campus apartment style housing specifically for upper-classmen students, with an emphasis on comfortable and affordable living!

Compass Point, University Terrace, and University Crossings, are on-campus apartment communities that offer housing ideal for upper-classmen and transfer students.

Benefits to Living On-Campus

All on-campus apartments are fully furnished and include amenities such as full kitchens, living rooms, cable, and high speed internet. Plus, your housing fees, amenities, and utilities are all included in one bill, paid at the beginning of each semester!  The on-campus apartments at Armstrong are within minutes of the academics buildings, Lane Library,  the Recreation and Wellness Center, and the Student Union!
