Transfer Student Housing

On behalf of the Office of Housing and Residence Life, we are pleased you have chosen Armstrong! We hope that you will consider becoming a part of our residential student community!

Benefits to Living On Campus

All incoming transfer students with 30+ credit hours earned, prior to arrival, are housed in our three apartment communities, Compass Point, University Crossings, and Unviersity Terrace. Each of these apartment style communities have apartments that are fully furnished, including amenities such as full kitchens, living rooms, preferred basic cable television with 70 + channels, high-speed internet connection, on-campus parking decals, garbage, water, sewer, electricity, Wi-Fi (Compass Point only), wired internet, community mailboxes and unlimited laundry with view on web technology. Housing fees, amenities, and utilities are all included in one bill, paid at the beginning of each semester, that your financial aid package can apply towards!  The on-campus apartments at Armstrong are within minutes of the academics buildings, Recreation and Wellness Center, indoor pool, intermual and athletic fields, Lane Library, Student Union, and the Learning Commons!

All on-campus apartments are community focused with live-in Resident Assistants dedicated to each building so that your Armstrong residential experience can be the centered around your academic and social interactions, instead of worrying about your safety at home. Armstrong has 24 hour campus police that are visibly present in our communities, so you can feel safe.
