Peer Financial Counseling

Your primary resource for Financial Aid for your AASU student is the Office of Financial Aid. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to Contact Us. For your convenience, below are a few additional resources that may be useful in acquiring the information you need.
  • Office of Financial Aid Website: There are many resources available to students, parents, and families concerning Financial Aid. The first place to always look for help is AASU's Office of Financial Aid website. The information you need for your student to receive financial aid at AASU is provided here.
  • SHIP Account: The next place to find important information specifically regarding your student's personal financial aid account is for your student to access his/her SHIP account. Your student will be able to view their award, outstanding requirements, and balance, as well as Admissions and Registrar information.
  • Pirate's Cove: Please remind your student to frequently check his/her student e-mail account in Pirate's Cove. This is where correspondence to the student from the Office of Financial Aid will occur.
