Are you taking a professional certification course, a college class through the Internet, or a self study class, and are you in need of a testing center to administer an examination for you? Look no further than The Armstrong Center.
The Armstrong Center for Professional & Continuing Education provides proctoring services for examinees* working with institutions, agencies and organizations across the nation. You can rely on the competency and professionalism of The Armstrong Center staff to proctor your exam and follow all required policies and procedures.
For written (non-electronic) exams, the institution, agency or organization must send the exam, instructions and a self-addressed stamped envelope directly to the scheduled examination proctor at the Armstrong Center address shown below.
For electronic exams, the institution, agency or organization must send the hardware and software requirements, along with the instructions, directly to the scheduled proctor or to the proctor’s attention at the Armstrong Center email address shown below

Examinees must:
: : Review and follow their home institution's procedures for off-site testing.
: : Call The Armstrong Center to schedule an appointment.
: : Bring a photo ID and check, money order or Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card to cover the administration fee.
: : The sponsoring institution, agency or organization should be responsible for providing the postage for returning the completed examination. If not, the cost becomes the responsibility of the student.
*Students taking exams for AASU classes must make arrangements through their respective departments and utilize campus student services as arranged.
