I have been teaching drawing and watercolor painting in the Continuing Education program at AASU for almost 30 years, and it has been a joy! Students come to class to improve their painting skills, learn new techniques, or just to enjoy painting. Seeing students who have never picked up a brush blossom into successful painters makes it all worthwhile! Several of my students are now enjoying their own success as professional artists.

The class was challenging, yet all students did a great job at overcoming their fear of learning a new language. Rather than giving up they persisted in trying their best again and again. Working for Professional and Continuing Education has been a delight and joy for me the last 3 years. They provide exceptional service to each and every student that comes through the Insurance & Coding Program making sure they have all the guidance and information needed well in advance for each course, including dates, book info, holidays, etc. I worked at another University, and the one-on-one assistance that AASU gives to me and my students is beyond compare.
