Professional Development for Teachers

Armstrong Atlantic State University's Armstrong Center for Professional and Continuing Education has partnered with Virtual Education Software, Inc. to offer professional learning unit courses on CD-ROM for K-12 educators. These interactive professional education courses provide expert instruction at a pace that fits your schedule.

Please print the Professional Learning Unit Credit Prior Approval Form and obtain the signature of your school official if you are currently employed by a public or private school.

If you are not currently employed, please complete the form, check the block at the bottom that indicated you are not currently employed and sign in the line below the box you checked.

This form is required by the Georgia Department of Education.

The completed form must be faxed back to The Armstrong Center at 912.344.3468 to begin a course.
