5/25/13 - 5/26/13

IT Services has scheduled maintenance for SHIP and Banner.  SHIP and Banner will be unavailable Saturday, May 25 from 11:30 p.m.  to  Sunday, May 26 at 8  p.m. Banner, SHIP, Port Apps Reports, iTunes U and some tools within Port will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

5/23/13 - Message Voicemail Indicator Issue

IT Services has received reports about message voicemail indicators not illuminating when there are unread voicemail messages.  We are working on determining the exact cause of this issue and we will notify campus as soon as this issue is resolved.  This may take several days to resolve and we would like to thank you for your patience.  Please note that you can always check your voicemail by going to http://aasu-voip.armstrong.edu/ or dialing 912-344-2501 and hit # after the prompt.

On Sunday, May 19th IT Services will be performing significant maintenance on our Avaya phone system.  As a result, please be aware that our phone server and access to voice-mail will be temporarily unavailable from the hours of 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Thank you for your cooperation.

5/17/13 - 5/19/13

Peoplesoft Financials server maintenance and update is being performed by USG System. Peoplesoft Travel & Expenses and Peoplesoft Procurement will be unavailable beginning Friday, May 17 from 11 p.m.  to  Sunday, May 19 at 7  a.m. for this upgrade to be completed.

5/17/13

The web server, jib, will be retiring at the end of Spring 2013 semester.  After May 17th, 2013, jib will no longer be accessible.  IT Services recommends that you download your content stored on jib to your personal computer prior to May 17, 2013.  IT Services will maintain a  backup of jib through December, 2013.  Students may be able to obtain content stored on this backup through a special request.
