Campus Lab Access for Faculty/Staff

A Campus Lab account will allow a faculty/staff member to gain access to a campus lab computer. This account will log you into the lab computer using a student profile so that you gain access to all the applications associated with campus lab computers and printers.

Account Use

This account should not be used as your primary UserID. Special settings have been applied to your Campus Lab account in order for you to have access to the lab computers and applications. Logging into this account while in your office will result in you not being able to access files on your computer.

When logged in with your Campus Access account, you will have access to your Novell Home directory (J: drive). This will allow you to save files to your Home directory while logged in at a campus lab computer.
NOTE:This account will not allow you to access your email account or log into Pirates Cove.
 

Changing Your Password

After logging into the computer station with your lab account:

1. Press Ctrl-Alt-Del on the keyboard
2. Select change password
3. Enter the current password
4. Then, enter a new password in twice for verification
